Wonderful Jungle Getaway

I enjoyed the exciting boat trip to the hotel. The location is in the jungle, right by the river. This creates a peaceful atmosphere. The pools were good and relaxing. I found the lodge spacious, comfortable, and clean. It nestled perfectly amongst the foliage.
The hotel is remote. It required an extra half hour for regional touring, which proved inconvenient. I found the Wi-Fi poor in the room. I did not have a good network signal because the hotel is remote.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They remembered our names and room numbers after only a day!!! The personal is particulary kind and dedicated to our confort. The manager's warmth infuses every interaction with kindness.

The location offered exciting boat trips to the hotel. The jungle setting by the river was beautiful. My lodge type room was spacious and clean. The beautiful gardens were perfectly manicured.
I found that the staff was not particularly friendly. They were impatient and rude on the tour desk. The food was very disappointing. I had to wait a long time to receive all my food.

The best way to explore Sai Yok and Kanchanaburi is to take a bus from Mo-Chit bus terminal to Kanchanaburi city, then take the Sang-Khla bus line to Phutakien Pier and finally a boat transfer to the resort for THB150 per person.
