Acceptable stay with some issues

The hotel offered complimentary soft drinks in the room. There was plenty of bottled water available. The restaurant and breakfast were fabulous. The spa was fantastic. I used the hydrotherapy section.
I encountered slow service during afternoon tea. The manager seemed solely focused on one large table. other staff walked around aimlessly. No one explained the menu. I had to ask for it.

luxurious robesbathroom items
the room had many amenities, i enjoyed gifts left on the bed. luxurious robes were provided and were super soft! the team made sure bathroom items were always available.
I found the so-called clock tower room misleading. It did not overlook the clock tower. i wish i had known before.
