the location was very central. it was close to transport and many attractions. staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. i also liked the restaurant food.

as an accor plus gold member, i expected some inclusions. i didn't receive a room upgrade upon arrival. the air conditioning could not be turned off, so it was noisy. there was also no compendium in the room.

The Accor Plus Gold benefits are a joke. I arrived at 2 PM only to learn my Advantage King Room wasn't ready and an upgrade was impossible. Check-in time passed, yet I waited. Eventually, I received a disability room, it featured a shower seat and grab handles but also a cramped layout and an average view. The phone only worked on handsfree. The QR code for room service didn't function. I question if I even got the room I booked.

i found the staff to be very cute. i also appreciated the helpful check-in desk in the lobby. it took our bags without needing to go up to reception. the location made city exploration easy. public transport and many shops were close by.
