slow check-inmissing mini bar

i must say my stay fell short of expectations. i found the lack of basic amenities in my suite surprising there was no mini bar. the check-in process seemed unnecessarily slow adding to my initial frustration. the cost of the restaurant seemed high for what was offered. i think the hotel could improve in these areas to provide a better experience

The room felt smaller than expected. it was also quite noisy. I could hear street traffic throughout the night. the minibar wasn't stocked. That was frustrating. i expected better service from this hotel, honestly. the staff, although polite, seemed somewhat disengaged and slow to respond.
