The location provided easy access to the rail, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment featured great views from the windows. The staff showed politeness and efficiency (which I really value).
I found the bedsheets not very clean upon arrival, a shock. I noticed broken curtains in the living area. The old washing machine made constant noises upon starting. It was annoying.

The suite was spacious and included all needed facilities, like a coffee machine. I loved the views and the staff were kind. The personnel were helpful and quickly delivered a clothes horse to my room when I asked.
The bedsheets had some stains, which gave me a rude shock when I opened the sheets.

Staff were professional at check-in. My request for a clothes horse was promptly fulfilled. This made laundry convenient. The team answered my questions quickly, demonstrating a helpful attitude throughout my stay.

the apartment had everything i needed! the balcony was great. windows that could be opened in the bedroom were awesome! the bed was lovely and comfortable.
the bedsheets were dirty! i got a rude shock when i flipped them open. the cleanliness was surprisingly poor, the bathroom smelled like urine. the shower curtains had stains!
