Really good Stay

convenient room fine hotel

The staff was helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooms are beautiful and convenient. I found the hotel fine. I highly recommend visiting this place. I had private parking that kept things safe. Codes, not keys, opened doors, better.

The thermal area is very large and amazing! There are several indoor and outdoor pools. Saunas are available but require a bathing suit.

Dinner and breakfast options were great. Aperitivo includes free drinks and a buffet at 5 p.m. The restaurant provided a first class experience.

a decent spa experience

abundant breakfast forest walks overpriced restaurant crowded spa

The breakfast was abundant. The facilities were VERY numerous with many options. I loved the forest walks all around the grounds.

The dinner restaurant is overpriced. The quality is acceptable, but it can't justify 30+ euros for a main. The spa was beautiful and charming, but it felt overcrowded.

unfriendly staff complicated air conditioning

i found things a little disappointing. some staff, they werent so friendly, a bit short with you. the air conditioning in the room was overly complicated, or maybe it just wasnt working right. also, the bathroom light stayed on, it lit up the bedroom all night. i really wanted dinner in the restaurant but i couldnt get it, even staying in the royal suite. it reminded me of we were being deflated by all of that.
