room size waterfront view efficient assistance

The room size felt above average. The waterfront view was amazing. The receptionist assisted me efficiently when I called to inform about my late arrival. She noted all details.

The interiors appear a bit old despite the exterior looking new.

missing power points unresolved tv issue

the breakfast service was acceptable. the staff were helpful.

the room lacked power points near the mirrors. this made using the hair dryer difficult. tv3 was not viewable, and the technician could not resolve the issue.

Excellent Stay with Sea Views

smooth check-in tasty food comfortable beds great service

I appreciated the smooth check-in process. Nicholas handled some confusion well and ensured we got rooms on the same level. The breakfast food tasted great. Room service food was also tasty, and the twin beds in my room were huge and very comfortable.

The outside part of the windows were super dirty.
