Wonderful Stay!

I found the breakfast service to be EXCELLENT! Adam khoo and norsofiah were very kind to us. I appreciated the attentiveness. Hopefully, I can see them again at Five Sails because all the staff are GREAT. Thank you so much, Five Sails. You guys are amazing.

The small beach area has rocks. I needed to wear water shoes. I noticed at least three guys in the towel shack opposite the beach looked idle, but it is ok.

Ferdinand's restaurant was NICE. The service was great. I especially appreciated Alice, Fahmi, and Ronald. We came late, and they still served us nicely. We ordered food, and it was delicious, too. I was happy to have dinner here.

The location allows quick access to the city. The beach offers bright and beautiful views. Mosquitoes are within an acceptable range. Guests can use sister hotel facilities with a professional pool and entertainment equipment.

I have a great experience with breakfast. The offerings were varied and delicious each morning. There were many extras, like curries and fresh fruits. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me.

The room reminded me of stepping back to the 90s. The decoration need an update. Rooms are showing wear and tear over time.
