I found the pool area inviting. It had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. the breakfast choices were plentiful, with delicious options , made each morning good. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any needs, especially at the front desk. transport was made easy with the 'grab' app. It ensured simple journeys.

The room i booked lacked some desired facilities. It was a bit disappointing. i think improvements to the room amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.
