Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted

executive lounge nice staircase comprehensive breakfast early check-in room service missing utensils

I stayed at a nice room. It was on a high floor above the executive lounge. I liked the staircase between my floor and the executive lounge. The breakfast was very comprehensive. It had lots of options. The location is pretty good. It is a short walk to the waterfront.

I wrote an email and requested an early check-in. Still, they asked me to return by 3:00 pm. I tried to order room service. I didn't see any menu. The salad arrived without utensils, and my soup and juice arrived 30 minutes later. I never encountered this type of service.

Really good Comfort and Service

amazing breakfast thoughtful staff complimentary cake

The breakfast selection included many choices, the milk tea especially had a show while it was prepared. Staff provided umbrellas when it rained, very thoughtful. I requested a complimentary cake for my son's birthday and the hotel delivered both the cake and decorations (such a nice gesture).

The hotel asked me to come back at 3:00 pm despite my email request for early check-in. I found ordering room service confusing, I didn't find any menu or qr code to know where to order from. The reception desk then asked me to press 1 to select the menu but this was a hotel channel and full of commercials. My food arrived separately with a 30 minute interval (this was inconvenient).

The rooms looked thoughtfully designed to ensure guest satisfaction. The space was well kept to meet the expected high standards. It offered a comfortable environment for relaxation and rest.

The rooftop pool was fantastic (I enjoyed the space for relaxation). I also found the gym to be well-equipped with a variety of machines. The hotel provided free parking, a great benefit for those driving.

Breakfast included a wide selection of food, easily catering to different tastes. I tried the dinner buffet for 98 myr and it was a great opportunity to sample various dishes. The coffee place in the lobby was a great spot for a quick snack.

amazing experience at this hotel

excellent service positive energy swimming pool

the service from the concierge team stands out! they greeted me with such positive energy every time i saw them. i really enjoyed the rooftop bar and the happy hour. it went from 4pm to 8pm, giving plenty of time to enjoy cocktails by the swimming pool.

i requested early check-in by email. unfortunately, they still asked me to return at 3:00 pm :(
