I found the staff very helpful and kind. the location was ideal. Public transportation lines were nearby. it provided quick access to the city center, schönbrunn palace, and the prater.
The walls felt quite thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. sounds from pipes and bathrooms were also audible. a kettle in the room would be a nice addition too.

The location suited my needs. It was fairly close to public transport.
The room I booked was significantly smaller than expected. It did not match the pictures advertised on the website. Staff mentioned the pictures only gave a general idea. No leisure facilities were available which detracted from the stay.
