the floorboards creaked loudly. also, the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed. (maybe there was a big event?) they rushed around, causing a bit of a chaotic atmosphere. i think management could have handled the situation better.

Acceptable experience overall

helpful staff great breakfast excellent location squeaky floorboards poor service bad value
The staff were excellent. They really went the extra mile. Breakfast was excellent. The location near the old town was fantastic.
My room was super noisy. The floorboards squeaked. I also found that the evening meal was not good value, the service was poor and I found better food elsewhere.
