excellent stay, great location

bright room garden access extra space tour guide

breakfast was served in a large, bright room with garden access. the selection included many choices that suited my tastes. i upgraded my room and appreciated the extra space for luggage. the hotel is very close to the city center and the mar museum. the staff arranged a tour guide which enhanced my visit greatly.

the air conditioning control panel was somewhat difficult to understand.

The breakfast had great variety. I found the room spacious.

I experienced an issue with the air conditioning. The panel was difficult to understand. I found it challenging to regulate the temperature in the room (especially at night).

fresh breakfast central location daily cleaning helpful staff

the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and healthy options. i found the location to be central, a great starting point to explore historical sites. the room was cleaned twice daily, a very welcome attention to detail. the staff, especially emanuele, provided a warm welcome and excellent assistance throughout my stay.

i noticed the absence of a cozy lobby area, it felt more functional than inviting.

charming stay

spacious room warm room kind staff

i loved the spacious room it was beautifully prepared clean and warm. a lovely scent greeted me upon entry. the round bed was inviting and comfortable. every staff member from reception to housekeeping was kind professional and cheerful. their friendliness.

the air conditioning panel was difficult to understand it made adjusting the room temperature a challenge. outside temperatures were moderate so neither heating nor cooling was active and the fan wouldn't work. i discovered this after dinner.

fresh pastries cheese variety spacious layout

i found the breakfast selection excellent. they served fresh pastries and offered a variety of cheeses. the staff promptly managed my luggage and provided clear directions to local attractions. my room included a spacious layout and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely accommodated my tablet.
