The room felt quite outdated, needing refurbishment. The furniture looked old. it was difficult to open even a small suitcase, i found the room uncomfortable. staff gave incorrect information multiple times , inconvenient.

The hotel had a very convenient location near the station. It made accessing transportation easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided quick service. I liked that the room was quiet. It ensured a peaceful night.
