the location was amazing! it was right in the city center square. breakfasts were really good and plentiful. the staff were friendly and helpful, even remembering my coffee order each morning. the central location made everything accessible.

Acceptable Location, but Some Issues

The location was definitely superb. I could walk to many places from there.
The bathroom HAD a bad smell. I believe it came from the drainage. The air conditioning did not work at all, unfortunately. Because of these issues, I would not have wanted to stay longer than one night.

The location was VERY convenient. Attractions were reachable by foot.
I found several issues. the breakfast options lacked quality. the staff had A habit to enter rooms without knocking first. It happened when i was showering. i will not return.

The location was very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast had a good variety of options , ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
The room felt a bit cramped , even though it was a beautiful double room. Coffee and milk were not automatically refilled . I needed to find someone to ask for more.

The location was central. I borrowed bikes from the hotel one morning and rode around (it was a nice change). The staff helped with every request I had.
The air conditioning in my room did not work at all. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom. I think it came from the drainage.

the staff at breakfast were efficient. i liked that they replenished items quickly. there were many choices of meats, cheeses, and pastries. the location was very central, a big plus for me.
i had some issues with the room. the temperature was too warm for me. i could not stream from different services on the tv. the noise from the adjacent square affected my sleep.

the location is excellent (it is barely 100 yards from piazza maggiore) and made it easy to explore this beautiful city. the breakfast included was a perfect way to start each day (i loved the food). the staff was friendly and offered perfect service throughout my stay.
there were two complementary water bottles in the room when i arrived, but they were never replaced (a very minor inconvenience).
