the location is good if you want to be in this area. i liked the cave hotel style, even with some tourists walking nearby. the views are nice. it is not exactly the sunset view, but still scenic.

the walk to the rooms was ridiculous, particularly in bad weather. SUPER steep steps were also slippery. the rooms lack telephones. better amenities could improve the experience.

The staff provided a porter for luggage collection. This service helped greatly because of the steep stairs. the grand suite provided special touches, flowers and balloons to celebrate an anniversary. the sun terrace offered amazing views over the caldera as i ate breakfast. the room was cave-style. This added to the fun.

The walk to the rooms was difficult. super steep steps were slippery. Bad weather added to this problem. there were no telephones in the rooms. better amenities would improve the experience.

The staff scheduled our airport transfer ahead. It simplified our arrival. The location offered a great view. Breakfast arrived directly to the room, everyday. I appreciate the porters who carried our luggage. The hot tub worked great every morning and night.

The gym lacked some equipment. It did not include a bench press. Some might find the fitness options limited.

poor privacynot worth the value

the lack of privacy was quite noticeable. people constantly walked past the outdoor area. this place wants to call itself exclusive, but it did not feel private. the breakfast was ok, i mean sufficient. i booked a romantic package also but it wasn't ready when i got there, and frankly, it wasn't worth what i paid.
