fantastic stay

i loved the big, recently renovated family suite. it had everything we needed and daily stocked mini bar with chocolate. the room was always cleaned to a very high standard by the super friendly housecleaning staff

ipek made amazing cocktails, the best around. mehmet and hasan were very friendly to us. they always was attentive . asya and the second hasan.

i found that the staff wasnt really engaging. it seem to me the kids club team engaged more with the russian speaking children. they were seen sitting around near the main their reception and not doing very much. it did give the appearance of poor management.

the hotel provided a very good service. the ratio of price to quality was good. my friends were satisfied too. the golf courses are a short shuttle ride away. we enjoyed our stay completely.

the air conditioning in the pasha suite had issues, and it took two days to resolve. there was no trash bin in any of the rooms. the cleanliness was not great.

i found the staff to be really good and very attentive. the food choices were diverse and delicious across all restaurants. the grounds were immaculate, and i particularly enjoyed the patisserie with its good coffee. evening entertainment at the pool bar was very enjoyable.

the check-in process was a bit slow, resulting in a delay before i could access my room. i also thought a clearer explanation about the all-inclusive services upon arrival would be really helpful.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

I found the grounds beautiful and immaculate! The recently renovated family suite had all necessities. It also included a stocked mini bar with chocolates and a drink selection. (This made the kids extra happy!) The housekeeping staff cleaned the room to a very high standard. The comfortable memory foam bed was also excellent.

The shower was a little clogged and took time to drain .

The hotel features wonderful food selections catering to various tastes. Flat whites and irresistible cakes are available in the coffee shop. I especially liked the staff at the coffee shop remembering me from a previous visit.
