Wonderful Stay in Lagoon Area
helpful staff comfortable rooms lagoon area future return
I was very pleased with the staff. Sewal, Sibel, Dora, and the Reception Team helped us change rooms so our group of two parents, kids aged 8 and 11, and two seniors could be located next to each other. These new rooms in the Lagoon area were lovely. The rooms definitely. I certainly plan to return next year.
The resort is expansive though I did find it a little difficult to navigate at first.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions. The surrounding area is well kept with lush greenery. You can expect a short transfer time from the airport. There are also several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Our suite superior lagoon family included a spacious living area and a separate bedroom. The bathroom had two sinks and a walk-in shower. We had a large balcony overlooking the lagoon with comfortable seating. Air conditioning was efficient and quiet.

Really good Stay
helpful kadir perfect access great staff
The reception was very cute. Kadir was helpful. Dora and Tolga Cimen were great as well. The hotel provides perfect access to the sea, sun, and sand. I look forward to returning.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Noisy children were often heard through the walls. Sleep was interrupted early each morning due to the noise level.

The food choices were varied. A different theme occurred around the hotel each day. Dinner also featured a distinct theme. The options catered to many tastes.

The hotel is conveniently close to attractions. The Land of Legends is just a five-minute taxi ride away. This proximity allows for quick trips to local entertainment and sights.

Yunus Tas provided excellent service. He was consistently friendly, even late at night. His attentiveness and professionalism were very appreciated.

The rooms had everything one could possibly need. Staff frequently asked if extra items were wanted. Additional pillows were readily available. The rooms met my expectations.

Excellent Hotel Experience
kind reception perfect sea restocked drinks
Kadir from the reception gave a very nice welcome. He was kind and helpful. Dora and Tolga Cimen also provided excellent service. The hotel has a perfect combination of sea, sun, and sand. I noted the fridge included water, Coke, Fanta, and Sprite all in bottles and restocked each day.

The buffet had different themes each night, with a great variety of choices. The à la carte restaurants provided a lovely dining experience, including Turkish cuisine. There were special dishes prepared and decorated by the chefs every evening.

excellent food clean sea available beach loungers
The hotel location was only 34 minutes from the airport, super convenient! the food featured excellent quality and the chefs prepared special dishes every night. evening entertainment was interesting too. i found clean sea and an adequately sized beach. Beach loungers were always available.
Some staff were very nice and friendly! Management took no action even after i reported their behaviour.
