Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The greeting upon arrival was wonderfully efficient! My room was very nice and neat. It was serviced daily. The hotel breakfast was really nice, and the Blue Bar was even better. The location is excellent. I could easily access restaurants, bars, and the train station.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating.

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent with many options. It catered to everyone's palette. I found the reception staff and in-house service to be very attentive and professional.

I received excellent service. The breakfast buffet was sensational. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and the location is excellent.
Lorenze at check-in did not provide information about beach access or extra costs. He also did not mention any amenities. He was brief and showed us to the apartment residence outside of the hotel entrance.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that included everything i could ever need. Gabriela gave an amazing welcome every morning. She is a credit to the hotel.
I found mold in one shower, and the floors felt dirty. The outdoor table was stained. The loungers were yellowed. I was disappointed with this hotel, and i will not be back.

The air conditioning wasn't working. Despite my complaint, it wasn't repaired, and i didn't receive an offer for another room.
