Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

inconsistent air conditioning unaccommodating staff

The air conditioning was a problem. One side of the room was hot and the other cold. I guess it added to the experience. Staff did not try to accommodate an early departure. I needed breakfast before the regular service but they just offered sandwiches. I never got them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious. The breakfast included a good range of breads and pastries.

There was no tv in my room. The location felt isolated. The air conditioning was controlled by an app, it did not always work.

An really good stay experience

local culture modern comfort spacious room tranquil retreat

The architectural design showcases preservation of local culture with modern comforts. The rooms were spacious with attention to detail (i really liked the style). The staff was helpful and attentive during the entire stay. The atmosphere provided a tranquil retreat.

The key app for the room felt a little clunky to use. It took me a few tries to get it working smoothly.

Very nice Oasis!

great cocktails perfect pool area nice escape

I loved the hotel courtyard! It seemed like such a nice escape. The pool area was perfect after a long day. The bar had so many great cocktails. I tried a couple!

The app, controlling the room functions, was a little confusing at first.

The breakfast offering was unique. Greek platters looked on our table instantly!!! the rooms were spacious, a key reason for our choice. bespoke in-room toiletries added a special touch. the metro's proximity made city center access quick and easy.

The absence of a tv was unexpected. Room functions were controlled via an app, which didn't always work flawlessly. air conditioning inconsistencies were present.

was really good

warm welcome spacious room kind staff

i was charmed by the warm welcome. my room, the aronia elevated suite, was spacious and well-designed. the daily breakfast included fresh orange juice and several a la carte choices. the staff was also very kind, always ready to assist with any request.

The organic soap bars were unfortunately not very useful. They did not lather well. i also found the control system app confusing. It did not always work properly. fixing these small issues would really enhance the overall experience. i hope improvements are made soon!

a real oasis

projector screen big lounge luxury products hotel room

the room was fantastic. it featured a projector screen, a big lounge area, and luxury bathroom products. these items. it certainly reminded me of more than just a hotel room, and i appreciated that.

the soap and shampoo products were organic bars. these were unfortunately not very useful for me.

The hotel has an internal court with a very nice lounge area and a swimming pool. It also has magnificent olive trees. the thoughtfully eccentric decor adds to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

the staff were superb and really went out of their way to help! the customer service was genuine, it was the best i have experienced. breakfast was delicious and generously portioned.

The location is ideal, and it is within a 15-30 minute walk of all the main attractions and neighborhoods. The area felt safe and quiet. it is also close to the metro, so you are well connected!
