the room was better than i expected. dinner at the beach side restaurant was excellent. i wish we had stayed longer than one night. the sea view was fine from the balcony.
the staff are inadequately trained. their attitude is unacceptable and disrespectful. the manager failed to respond to my attempts to communicate with her. the breakfast service staff do not speak the local language. i think this is inexcusable in a hospitality setting.

The hotel's beach access pleased me a lot, and the pool area was well-designed.
The furniture seemed old, and the bathroom looked tired. The amendments were not enough, they didn't include a coffee machine. This did not meet expectations for the price.

The pool area was definitely the highlight. the surroundings are beautiful, and the sun loungers felt comfortable. beach access was literally steps away. the pool cafe staff were also fantastic. They were super attentive and friendly.
the safe deposit boxes in our rooms were not functioning. despite several reminders, they were never repaired. this was quite inconvenient as we had to carry our valuables with us at all times.

the hotel has a lovely infinity pool, practically connected to a private beach, this area features comfortable loungers and two bars, one with a restaurant, so everything is close. there is also a main bar and restaurant inside the hotel, providing ample options.

Staff members are very professional and polite. i found them cute, helpful, and enthusiastic. They treated me very nicely. the service in both restaurants is superb.

the breakfast had a good choice of food. there is a fantastic all-day restaurant by the sea, with delicious plates. both restaurants offer high-quality food, so you will not be disappointed!!!
