the hotel is located in a quieter area and near a water taxi stop.

The room i was assigned was not the same as the photos online. the window was small and faced another building so there was little sunlight. breakfast was basic. Tables were not cleaned regularly, attracting birds when dining outside.

i was thankful for the location, removed from crowds, allowing quick access to st mark's square. i found the rooms spotlessly clean and well kept. the staff was helpful with taxi arrangements, tour bookings, and recommendations for dining. i appreciated the thoughtful gesture of breakfast bags prepared for our early departure at 3:30 am.
