the staff was indeed helpful and friendly. i especially liked the artwork displayed throughout the hotel. the breakfast buffet was quite good, offering various options to start the day well. arranging a water taxi pickup was easy too, thanks to the hotel's assistance..

finding the hotel initially was slightly tricky, even with a map, but it was worth the small effort.

the location provided easy access to water transportation and the train station i found a quick walk brought me to the rialto bridge area many excellent restaurants were very close plus i discovered a market and gelato place the included breakfast was wonderful

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location is convenient , offering easy access to water transportation , the train station , and the rialto bridge area. nearby are several excellent restaurants , a market , and a gelato shop. the included breakfast was wonderful , indeed.

the hotel gave me a room on the ground floor , and they were fixing a room right above mine , which caused a lot of noise. i perceived a lack of empathy and desire to serve , which was unfortunate.
