canal view special arrival

the canal view rooms was lovely. i appreciate the water entrance which gave us a special arrival by water taxi. it was a fantastic start to our getaway.

the shower had a design that sprayed water onto the floor, it made that bathroom slippery.

Really good Stay Experience

convenient location water taxi easy access decent breakfast

I found the location convenient. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The water taxi service directly to the hotel was a major advantage. It eliminated the hassle of transporting luggage. A short walk led to St Mark's Basilica, Doge's Palace, and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast offered a decent selection of items.

I noticed a bit of city noise in the mornings due to early work but it was manageable with the windows closed.

The room featured a spacious bathroom, nice decorations, and communal areas. It was ideal for families needing extra space. The area provided comfortable places to relax and enjoy time together after a day of exploring.

great location front desk disabled setup shower issue

I appreciate the great location, as it helped me exploring. The service from the front desk were great, also the restaurant.

The bathroom have a disabled use setup and it's not very romantic. The shower sprayed water everywhere, drenching the floor. I have informed about my 20th anniversary. Nothing was arranged by the hotel.

spacious suite comfortable beds friendly staff

i enjoyed the junior suite a lot it was spacious. the decor was beautiful and the beds felt super comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful i had a terrific experience overall.

The shower sprayed water everywhere. This drenched the floor. it was not the most convenient design.
