the location was very convenient, with easy access to the water bus.. a supermarket sat a short walk away. i enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner, watching boats and people. the beautiful garden allowed nice views.

the thermostats did not work well in the room.. it got very hot. the bathroom had no ventilation.

the garden faced the grand canal and that aspect was acceptable.

the room felt a bit old, i think it needed some tlc. the furniture looked like it has seen better days. also, the lights in the bathroom floor shined too brightly.

the location was MARVELLOUS. It was on the grande canal. the staff were very helpful . the breakfast was good. breakfast in the garden overlooking the grand canal was nice.

the thermostats in the rooms do not work. as a result, the rooms get very hot and mosquitos are a problem. the bathroom has no ventilation. the steam from the shower makes the room humid.
