The breakfast location was fantastic and offered a very good selection. I also enjoyed having tapas on the terrace. The setting was very pleasant.

I did not like plastic glasses at the pool bar.

The hotel offered varied restaurants (and all had delicious food!). I also found a generous selection for breakfast with fresh choices. The pool area had plenty of space. I could choose different beds depending on if I wanted a lively or chilled experience. Beach access was just a few steps away from the hotel.

The hotel seemed more like a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one. The room was beautiful, but not super clean (I noticed some dust). The bathroom felt quite tiny.

the rooms was nice and clean, so i appreciated it.

The service was terrible and the staff did not appear trained properly. the air con in my room barely worked, Uncomfortable during the heatwave. i also found out i was misinformed about breakfast options. I was told the buffet was only at the hyde, not in this hotel.

The hotel location allowed convenient beach access. the breakfast selection provided a good variety. Justine was especially helpful. the communal areas maintained a close to perfect standard.

My room smelled of damp. the pool toilets were filthy. pool staff were rude. On my last day, i was told they had run out of towels.
