the staff was FRIENDLY. I found the food and drinks were good. It was a relaxed holiday.

the room phone wasn't working. I had trouble reaching room service. I had to text guest relations to get towels and tissues, it took multiple TIMES.

overall a good experience

clean rooms variety food swimming pools small elevators outdated areas loose tiles

the resort featured well kept and clean rooms. we also enjoyed the tasty food, it offered a lot of variety. there were multiple swimming pools available .

the elevators were small. this resulted in waiting, especially with a stroller. some areas of the hotel felt outdated. i also noticed loose tiles around the pool area.

I found the room to be spacious. The balcony provided a nice sea view from the Beautiful Double Room Sea View. I also received fresh fruit and red wine upon arrival in my room.

The hotel's location right on the main road made my room a bit noisy. I wish it were quieter.

amazing family holiday!

multiple choices beachfront access daily show

the hotel has multiple places to get drinks and food nearly everywhere! i found a bar next to the pools where i got ice cream, drinks, and snacks! it's beachfront, and i enjoyed swimming in the sea. the varieties of food were fantastic especially at breakfast and dinner. my kids loved the show every night!

The wifi was not good at all. I struggled to send messages to my group to find them on site.

the beautiful double room with a sea view was spacious and clean. i loved waking up to the sea view every morning. the room was well kept.

the pools were fantastic with one huge pool mainly for adults! there was a kids' pool with slides! the resort has a kids' centre with plenty of activities. the hotel had many bars for refreshments.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the location provided clear sea water for swimming from the beach the infinity pool was great.

the gym was near the sewer and smelled of feces
