dated furniturebroken elevator

the room looked tired the furniture seemed dated. i could hear everything happening in the next room the walls felt paper thin. the elevators felt shaky and one was out of service it had a sign saying it was waiting for maintenance. the pool area needed work too the umbrellas were ripped and the sunbeds looked worn.

The room was old. the furniture was outdated and the bathroom was awful with a dirty sink and a moldy shower curtain. I left my headphones in the room and sent multiple messages but never received a response. disgraceful!

Solid Stay Close to Palma Airport

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. The bus stop right outside made transfers easy. The breakfast offered a good range of choices and set me up well for the day. The staff was efficient and always available.

The elevator was quite small and seemed a bit old.

The staff was kind and helpful. They addressed all my questions promptly. Breakfast included many choices, such as pastries, fresh fruit and hot dishes. Car rental services are available in-house, a great help for exploring the island.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The A2 bus stops right outside, so I found transportation easy. The staff offered friendly service. I thought this hotel provides excellent value for money.

The hotel lacked free drinks, and I had to buy water.
