Excellent Stay in Central Location

The location was perfect. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel ensured the rooms were clean daily. I found this cleanliness to be consistent throughout my stay, contributing positively to my overall experience. The reception was efficient, providing quick assistance with check-in and any queries I had. The room I stayed in had a modern design, including comfortable furniture. The size of the room was adequate for my needs. Breakfast featured a wide variety of items, including fresh fruit. I was particularly impressed with the fast and reliable internet service available throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing. I liked the sun loungers that were always available. The bar service up there was quick and efficient. I was able to easily get refreshing drinks without waiting long.

The lift was slow at times, leading to minor delays.

the hotel are very close to passeig de gracia boulevard, awesome! casa batlo are a short walk down the boulevard, i did love that. la rambla are also nearby. a metro station are right outside the hotel, its so easy to get around from here.

i got charged for the snacks in the mini bar, that are a surprise. the menu are not that clear, i guess i missed it. i dont love feeling like i owe money when i travel, i dont like that.

Excellent Stay with a Fantastic Location

I received an early check-in, a great convenience after a long journey. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made exploring very easy.

The gym had limited equipment, made workouts slightly restrictive.
