the room was spacious the view was acceptable

the towels were threadbare they lacked absorbency toilet roll was not always replenished the carpeting in the corridors was worn it requires replacement these issues impacted the overall quality

easy access friendly staff first class selection

i found the hotel easy to access from the lido promenade. the staff was friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. breakfast and dinner selections were first class and very enjoyable. there are also three restaurants.

the hotel offer few indications during my check in.

mixed feelings about the stay

crowded dining room awful orange juice

the dining room reminded me of a school canteen. it was always very busy and crowded. the buffet food was disappointing, and the quality definitely needs improving. the watery orange juice at breakfast was awful!?!
