i recently enjoyed a stay and found the facilities beautiful. the rooms offered top-quality comfort. i observed the staff going above and beyond to ensure guests felt pampered and relaxed. the food selection was amazing!!!

The beach is a bit rocky. Swimming can be challenging sometimes. it does get crowded, so i suggest arriving early to secure a good spot.

i found many sunbeds were available near all pools. The gardens offer fine mountain scenery. The shaded beach bar served a quality range of cocktails. The forest view room included a lovely supply of soaps. Rooms were clean with modern fixtures.

i observed the entertainment team seemed less personable than previous years. The overall feel was somewhat diminished. Wholesale changes during the winter season may have impacted the entertainment.

The staff provided hard work, friendly services and readily addressed guest requests, which ensures a smooth, enjoyable experience. Derya from Guest Relations was professional, very friendly and assisted with all our needs. Martha from Reservations was kind and helpful.

the gardens ARE fine. rooms are spacious and clean, and the soaps are lovely. i had a forest view room, so i didn't miss the sea view at all.

the entertainment this year was not as good AS last year. it did not have the same feel because there were wholesale changes during the winter season.
