the room we stayed in was really spacious! it had a private pool with a beach view which was amazing!!! the service was so attentive and they were respectful of our needs. i really loved that the staff was so friendly and cute.
i noticed single-use plastic cups. i think a 5-star resort should not be using them, especially one that claims to be sustainable. it was very unclear what was and what wasn't included in the all-inclusive package. giving my room number when i asked for a drink or had dinner was odd and something a wrist band would resolve.

The hotel offers a nice location close to the beach.
My room's air conditioning did not work well. The temperature never dropped below 23 degrees. The room also smelled of stale cigarettes, unpleasant. Staff argued that nothing could be done after I reported it.

the staff were genuinely friendly. breakfast was delicious and the coffee amazing. i left luggage all day with no hassle. check out at 12 as standard felt very good. complimentary wine and fruit was an amazing touch.
when we arrived at the hotel, we asked about a late check-out. they initially quoted €80, but the price increased to €95 the next day. despite accepting, i was upset by the sudden change in price and availability. this inconsistency created unnecessary stress during our departure.

rooms were big and clean. i loved, that there were three swimming pool areas. there was one area reserved for adults only. this ensured a quiet and relaxing experience for all guests.

I found the hotel offered many features. A great gym included multiple treadmills plus stationary bikes. The pools were well-kept and provided options for both adults and families. The direct beach access was convenient too.
I experienced some inconveniences. The room cleaning was inconsistent with missing shower gel refills. The restocking could be more reliable.

i booked a duplex suite sea view, it featured much space. the master bedroom included a comfortable queen bed and large ensuite bathroom. the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. there was also a double sofa for my 16 year old, along with a smaller bathroom plus two televisions.
the hotel states it is a 5 star hotel, though i would rate it closer to 4 stars. the pool area looked somewhat shabby. i expected waiter service at the pool, but there was none

The location proved excellent. It was less than a 30 minute bus ride from the airport. rhodes town was about 20 minutes away. The hotel is right by the beach, near many shops, though the parking was expensive!

I found the food to be really good. breakfast featured omelettes cooked to order. a buffet choice existed as well. The buffet restaurant offered views of the sea. it also offered views of the garden with fine sounds of cacadas.
