staff training
the staff needed more training. coffee and sugar were not automatically replaced in my room. the dinner order suffered a mix-up. this led to a long delay since a large group received service first instead of correcting my meal.

the bedroom was a really good size , and the beds were very comfy. i found the shower to be amazing , particularly the water pressure. the room included all the amenities i needed , a kettle , a mini bar and fridge , and shampoo.
the road down to the hotel has several potholes , though it is well signposted. i noticed some noise in the hallway at night. a different floor surface could manage this , or notices could request consideration from late arrivals.

charming stay by the lake!

the receptionist welcomed us warmly. she even provided a menu for our room, enabling us to choose our meal before going to the restaurant since it was closing soon. the room size was good. the beds offered great comfort. the shower was amazing and water pressure was great!
the road to the hotel has severe potholes.

the hotel sits by a lake in a quiet suburb. this provides a very pretty view, i thought. parking is available right in front of the reception area and the whole area feels very calm.

the hotel provided robes in addition to towels in the room. i also noticed a live camera feed in the restaurant, showing the nearby erupting volcano. there is outdoor space adjacent to the hotel room.

the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the receptionist was really cute and provided a menu to our room promptly. i was particularly impressed with the excellent service throughout my stay.

Fantastic Lakeside Stay

The room was very clean with comfortable beds I found fresh linens and towels. Parking was hassle-free for our rental car. Both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were delicious, I especially liked that the staff were attentive. I also enjoyed the view from the room.
The room lighting felt a little dim during dark days.

The hotel is not far from the city. You can reach it with a fairly short drive. The setting by the lake is perfect. The views of the water are great. This area is great for spotting birds. The restaurant has binoculars to see them.

The lakeside location was captivating. Our room had a balcony facing the lake, a very nice feature! Breakfast included a bottle of Prosecco, a pleasant surprise. Staff members were friendly and professional.
The road leading to the hotel had some potholes. I drove carefully.
