I appreciated the friendly staff. The hotel's location made it easy to check out the shopping and dining. The beds were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of tasty things.

The instructions to turn off the heat would be helpful. I had to look to figure it out.

I found the hotel to have a superb central location, super convenient! It is close to various restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I had. Breakfast was quite adequate and the coffee was surprisingly good! The room came equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, a plus.

I noticed the room lighting was a bit poor, but it didn't ruin my stay!

I noticed the kettle in my room had calcium deposits and yellowish stains inside, not appealing.

cramped roompoor breakfast ambiance

the room size was a concern. it felt somewhat cramped, and MANEUVERING around with luggage was difficult. also, i found the breakfast area rather disappointing. it felt more like a basement, and the large air vent pipes on the ceiling DETRACTED from the ambiance.
