rock hard singles overflowing toilet

the RESTAURANT provided a nice VIEW from room 20.

the king bed comprised two singles PUSHED together, not a zip-up. the toilet overflowed into the bowl, an issue housekeeping should have addressed. the shower required a thorough cleaning.

terrible smell unadjustable temperature

I found the relaxation room by the sauna had a terrible smell, it really put me off. the sauna itself was also too dark for my liking. the shower in the sauna room was another issue. I couldn't adjust the water temperature at all. the hot tubs were fine, but overall, these issues detracted from the experience.

i stayed in the superior double room balcony for three nights. the room included a coffee machine and mini fridge. the geothermal hot tubs were at a warm temperature. the staff boiled eggs in their geothermal spring for breakfast.

the shower drain was blocked. it was not convenient.
