i appreciated the quick stay before an early morning airport departure. the large room was lovely and it was nice to have someone there 24/7 when checking out so early.

the refrigerator in my room did not work. the coffee and hot drinks they used to offer all day are no longer available, disappointing!

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The free airport shuttle service was a HUGE plus. It runs constantly. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic, offering awesome views and relaxation. I found the restaurant food AMAZING!!! The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist with any questions I had.

The room got a bit warm, even after adjusting the thermostat. It was a very minor issue though.

The room i booked looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom was pretty dated and had this weird smell. It definitely was not the superior double room i expected from the pictures, this was SO disappointing.
