The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a sea view. I borrowed beach towels and some umbrellas at no cost. The breakfast and dinner buffets had selections for everyone. Every staff member was helpful.

The pool loses sunlight around 16:00.

the staff was polite. the food was decent at times.

ants were in my room. the issue was not addressed immediately, and i reported it twice before anything happened. even after cleaning, ants were still there next morning.

The triple room overlooking the pool was lovely. Service was quite good.

The pillows were memory foam. I usually appreciate that, but they felt too firm. They caused neck pain each morning. The room itself was modern but it lacked warmth. The walls were bare and the lighting felt too clinical, so I felt a bit cold.
