There is a 10-day cancellation policy, where guests are billed for the first night upon booking and the total stay is charged 10 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 10 days prior will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 processing fee per room.

The Historic Villa on Park Street is the only villa that features a king-size bed. All the other villas have queen-sized beds.
