Really good Stay with Prime Location!

The beds were a great size (perfect for stretching out!), and the room was very clean. I had everything I needed for my short stay. The view of the river from my top floor room was fine. I enjoyed cocktails and wine (prices were what I expected at a hotel like this, haha!). The hotel's location is perfect for exploring. The staff was polite and nice. I even received a room upgrade with a harbor view. It was comfortable, had good facilities, and dining in the restaurant was amazing! The rooftop bar is a great place for watching the sunset. The breakfast was very tasty. I really enjoyed the prosecco. The location is great, close to the Christmas market and restaurants. I found the staff to be friendly, with good breakfast and comfortable beds and pillows.

The steam sauna had a slightly strange smell. (But honestly, I'm sure they'll fix it.)

Really good Hotel Experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room provided a comfortable bed, complemented by a large television. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed. I liked the separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The location was superb, as the hotel sits right on the river, and it is also close to many attractions.

I thought the prices in the bar were a bit too high.

the breakfast facilities were great. the staff was very good and helped secure a later check out due to illness. i appreciated the proactive assistance.

the car park was super expensive , about £30 per day. the reception area was a building site. it was a noisy hotel , overall.
