clean bedroom homely feel delicious food
the bedroom was fresh and clean i had access out into the courtyard with a disabled ramp. i loved the homely feel and lovely decor. the food tasted delicious!
the pool was a fairly modest size it was also busy.

beautiful gardens attention detail patio door arrival room compromised health lost joy
The gardens were beautiful I enjoyed the short walk from the car park. The hotel was beautiful inside I noted a lot of attention to detail. The room had a patio door I could use to access the garden and terrace.
I was not happy with the room upon arrival I thought it compromised my health. It took away from the joy of the holiday I had planned. I should have been given a different room.

unacceptable room mobility issues
the room assigned upon arrival was just unacceptable. it really should not have been given to anyone, especially not someone with mobility issues. it pretty much killed the joy of the holiday right from the start. i honestly expected better.

There is one pair of interconnecting garden view rooms available, which can be arranged as two double rooms or a combination of one double and one twin room. These rooms can only be reserved directly through the hotel. If I book a non-refundable room rate, will there be any flexibility to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances?
