the hotel staff were friendly the location was excellent my room was spacious the beds were comfortable the bathroom was clean i appreciated the partition between the hallway and bedroom on the first floor the shuttle bus stopped right outside the hotel on the way to the abbey.

the breakfast buffet had few options it did not match a four-star hotel standard

My Superior Double Room had ample space and contained two separate sinks. It had a rainfall shower. I found the dining room staff excellent, they were good humoured and professional.

i found the breakfast buffet just okay.

the location of the hotel was good.

the lack of air conditioning made the room very uncomfortable, especially with the heat. the bathroom felt outdated with broken fixtures in the shower and around the sink. also, i saw staff returning used glasses to the shelves after guests left.

the dining area features a magnificent view. i enjoyed breakfast there daily. the hotel's location is closest to the abbey. it was convenient to park my car right by the hotel.

the room lacked air conditioning, a bit stuffy.

The room had a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast provided many options and fresh juice was available. I did appreciate the superb view of the abbey from the hotel, and the shuttle stop outside the hotel was very convenient.

The hotel needs a bit of maintenance.
