underwhelming experience
inconsistent service difficult layout
the room was clean upon arrival , which was acceptable.
the service left much to be desired , especially at the bars. i repeatedly requested specific prosecco , but i received a cheaper alternative. the staff seemed hesitant and inconsistent in fulfilling my requests, leading to further frustration. also , navigating the hotel's layout proved difficult, especially with multiple elevator rides.

We booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding. The staff were really good too make it nice. The complimentary upgrade was the icing on the cake. Everything was AMAZING!!!

Really good Service and Great Food
really good service great food friendly demeanor
I just came back from an lovely holiday. The service from Gregory at the front desk was great. Nicolai and Georgios in catering were really good. They ensured every moment of my stay was perfect with personable, kind, and considerate service.
The TV had no internet access. The pillows were not comfy enough for me.

The hotel is located straight on the beach with a lot of space. There are terraces above offering great views. It is situated very close to the sea.

The main pool was amazing. It was heated to a very comfortable temperature in October. Free parking is available across the street from the hotel. It is very easy with plenty of space.

The food was really good. The buffet restaurant was the best ever. There were also good options for vegetarians and vegan options. Agreco farm offers wonderful Greek food.

amazing pool heated temperature beach access small room noise issue expensive taxi
the main pool was amazing. it was heated to a very comfortable temperature in october. the hotel is directly on the beach. there was plenty of space on the beach and terrace above.
the room was smaller than in the photos. there was noise above us as people moved furniture a lot. i let the reception know multiple times. the cabs taking you to the city center and airport were very expensive at 130-160 euros.

dirty chair musty odor
the hotel wasnt very clean. the restaurant chairs were disgusting. they was dirty. the towels and bed linen was also dirty. i could always smell a musty odor in the room. the beds wasnt comfortable too. i've often visited greece and people are always very kind and hospitable, but unfortunately there was also a problem with that here. it was a very bad experience. i wanted 5 star service for this price but it didnt even meet 3 stars. i wont return for sure.

underwhelming stay
stained chairs uncomfortable bed
I was a little disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The dining chairs seemed stained, and i noticed a musty smell in the room, off-putting. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. The staff was sometimes unhelpful (i didn't always feel welcome, honestly).

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed
friendly staff several pools variety of food small room frequent noise fully booked restaurants
The staff was very friendly. They assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. The hotel facilities included several pools and restaurants. I found the restaurants to have a nice variety of food, including vegetarian options. The beach was also easily accessible from the hotel. There was Wi-Fi, and it worked well even on the beach.
The room felt smaller than expected. I heard some noise from above us. It seemed like furniture was often moved! The restaurants were often fully booked. It was difficult to take advantage of the all-inclusive option, which I found a bit inconvenient. The gym opened late. It was a challenge to get a sun lounger after.
