fantastic stay at this gem

tidy grounds comfortable beds large selection friendly staff

the resort had very clean and tidy grounds, i noticed daily upkeep. beds were indeed very comfortable which led to restful nights. food was great quality with a large selection. i especially liked the buffet restaurant with the friendly staff and the adults area which helped.

the alcoholic drinks served at some bars seemed a bit watered down. this was a minor issue and didn't significantly affect my stay, but i did notice.

there are many swimming pools for both children and adults, including an olympic pool. hotel zones transition smoothly which reduces the risk of a child falling. a large gym exists and has many options for a complete training routine.

every member of staff was polite, friendly and cute. the animation team members were always ready for a chat. porters were available to carry luggage to the room with convenience and comfort after a long trip.

crowded restaurant inconsistent food

The main restaurant felt chaotic. It was always crowded. the food quality overall was inconsistent. some dishes were well-prepared. Others seemed rushed or lacked flavor. additionally, the evening entertainment was underwhelming. It seemed geared more toward children, leaving little for adults to enjoy beyond the pool bar.
