private balcony high cleanliness water park slides
we stayed in a suite private pool and it was great.. it was only a few steps from our room to the pool. we had sunbeds on the balcony and a bar nearby that was quiet. i found the cleanliness, maintenance, and service very high. any request we had was met with a smile. the water park slides entertained everyone, and my son loved it even after several days.
i'd say the pools are a little cold.

menu delays staff pressure
the main buffet had good standard food with new dishes to try each day.
I found some issues with the service. a staff member at veranda refused to seat us as we were early for our reservation. That person did not give us menus for a while. almyra's staff pressured us to order alcoholic beverages not included in the package.
