the location provided beautiful sea views from every part of the hotel, i found this aspect quite satisfactory.

The reception staff was shockingly unhelpful at check-in. They didn't apologize for the room mix-up and were generally dismissive. also, the wifi connection was terrible throughout the entire resort, a real letdown.

This resort has multiple pools, great. the staff was always smiling and very helpful. i thought the grounds were big with many options to lounge. the resort looks elegant. The view was beautiful. i also enjoyed the cleanliness.

it was difficult to get a reservation at the a la carte restaurants, though the main restaurant was very good.
