My check-in was smooth with the personal assistance i received. ame's cute attitude and attention to detail stood out. the breakfast selection was superb, tran prepared the best omelets (i really enjoyed it!). josie at the spa ensured everything was perfect, and the sauna and steam room were great. the hotel's security was also excellent. I not sketchy at all.

The hotel is a little far from some attractions. Using a ride-sharing service is generally necessary. it wasn't a big problem, but it's something to consider.

The hotel offered a superb breakfast with various options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. I found the spa facilities really relaxing, a special thank you to Kathy, for her kindness. The room was clean. The comfortable bed.

The gym equipment could use some updating, though it was functional.

Staff members provided excellent assistance, promptly addressing requests, especially Kathy who was very helpful. The concierge service efficiently arranged transportation and offered useful local information. The service was very attentive. The breakfast service was attentive.

The Luxury Indochine Suite included a spacious living area with comfortable seating. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower. soft, big towels, and great water pressure! Air conditioning worked very well.

There are two swimming pools available. Both include sun loungers and umbrellas, they are nice. The hotel features a well kept gym with treadmills and weights. It is accessible 24/7. A great massage is available.
