The breakfast buffet at Cafe 8 proved a highlight of my visit. I found the service staff helpful with all requests. The free and reliable WIFI connectivity was convenient for work. I was pleased the room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

great variety modern room fast wifi large pool

The breakfast buffet at Café 8 had great variety. I saw many selections of both Western and Filipino food. fresh fruit. The room was modern, and it was always kept tidy by housekeeping. The WiFi worked fast throughout the hotel, I never experienced interruptions. I really appreciated the pool. It was large, well kept, and had plenty of lounge chairs.

The gym did not open until 7 AM, a little late for my early workouts.

The pool area includes many sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. I also saw a fitness center equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights on site. A business center gives guests access to computers and printers too.

The front desk offers speedy check-in and check-out services for all guests. I noticed the staff was always willing to assist with requests. I found the housekeeping to be diligent in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms during the day.

The staff was attentive. A quick grocery run was easy because of the location. The Concierge Team accommodated a request to store food. Mr JAMES assisted with genuine kindness and concern. The hotel embodies true Filipino hospitality.

I experienced professional service during my event. the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. the wifi was fast. Carlo from it ensured connectivity every day! randy from hk was attentive to requests. Dani coordinated our event smoothly. the food was delicious, well-prepared, and enjoyed by all.

i noticed a lack of creamer for the complementary coffee and tea.
