the staff was kind. sophie from the front desk consistently were great. she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the breakfast was amazing with great variety.

i noticed the floors in my room had large stains. there was stuff i cannot explain too. also, i found issues with rust and a bathroom door that does not lock.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The breakfast buffet at Café 8 had great variety. I saw many selections of both Western and Filipino food. fresh fruit. The room was modern, and it was always kept tidy by housekeeping. The WiFi worked fast throughout the hotel, I never experienced interruptions. I really appreciated the pool. It was large, well kept, and had plenty of lounge chairs.

The gym did not open until 7 AM, a little late for my early workouts.

The pool area includes many sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. I also saw a fitness center equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights on site. A business center gives guests access to computers and printers too.

The front desk offers speedy check-in and check-out services for all guests. I noticed the staff was always willing to assist with requests. I found the housekeeping to be diligent in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms during the day.

Carlo from it ensured connectivity every day! randy from hk was attentive to requests. Dani coordinated our event smoothly. the food was delicious, well-prepared, and enjoyed by all.

i noticed a lack of creamer for the complementary coffee and tea.
