the staff were helpful with directions to nearby shops. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options each morning. the pools were clean and well kept throughout my visit. i found the location convenient for exploring the area.

The elevator could be slow during peak hours. Waiting sometimes took a few minutes

The breakfast buffet was not great. I found the food selection limited. the staff seemed overwhelmed. also, i noticed some guests reserving tables near the beach by leaving personal items, a practice i found a bit rude and the staff did not address it.

I really enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms here. the location was very convenient, right on the beach. the infinity pool was amazing. I swam there daily. the staff were helpful. Ronald assisted with our luggage and a trike upon checkout.

the restaurant could get a little hot, so they should add more fans.

Oscar provided attentive service during breakfast. He was really helpful. jk at reception provided assistance. He was genuinely kind and attentive. the airport transfer service was smooth, with vehicles ready and no delays.

The hotel has three pools, and the pools look great. the sky bar is available, and it is fantastic. a water cooler is available on each floor. This is very practical for refilling water bottles .
