tender moments at my happy hotel
warm embrace genuine care kind support
Misto's service felt special, john's support reminded me of a warm embrace. darlyn, lantis, michelle, and jerny assisted us, it felt so kind. sofea quintilla. Her care felt genuine. alvin was courteous. His attention reminded me of a gift.
i asked about a late checkout as a club room guest, but the lady at reception said it wasn't possible, it felt sad. i could not find a phone charger in the entire hotel, it felt inconvenient.

the pool area had a lifeguard on duty always, it felt comforting. the club lounge had a sophisticated ambience, it felt peaceful. the hotel hosted our son's wedding and every staff member was amazing, it was heartening.

the room had a direct pool view, it felt magical. the room was very clean and well-kept, it felt cozy. the room service menu had diverse options, it was satisfying.

wide variety convenient location
The food was amazing. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet (it had a wide variety of choices!). The location was also convenient, (the hotel is) a short walk from Ayala Malls Vertis North.
