friendly staff clean room complimentary drinks faulty shower plumbing issue breakfast cost

the staff was friendly. my double room was clean. the complimentary soft drinks and fresh orange juice in the fridge were a real treat (i enjoyed it very much).

the shower in my room did not work properly. i think the plumbing in the old building was the cause. i also think breakfast should be included in the price.

friendly staff complimentary drinks delicious breakfast

the staff were friendly. i found a fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water. the breakfast i preordered was delicious.

i had some trouble operating the coffee machine in the room.

the hotel provided a great location for walks. the cathedral was glorious and right next door. i woke up on sunday morning to church bells, blue skies and clean air.

strong smell shower issue

the room was clean and had EVERYTHING i needed. acceptable.

the shower WOULDN'T drain. it nearly flooded the bathroom. i guess we were the first guests after a refurbishment, or at least that's what i was told. also, there was a STRONG smell of smoke in the room, it was GROSS.
